Founded by Jon Klein and Jonathan Schechter, Westview is built on cycle tested investment experience. The Founders have worked together for over 25 years having invested and managed over $16 billion in real estate related assets.
Westview combines the sophistication and experience of large real estate institutions with the intimate feel, focus and execution of a boutique investment manager.
Westview is comprised of two vertical investment platforms:
- An investment platform focused on two investment strategies including 1) opportunistic commercial real estate investment and 2) core plus, light value add and opportunistic multifamily investment for long term cash flow and capital appreciation.
- A lending platform lending throughout the US with a flexible mandate to invest across sectors and throughout the capital stack.
