Founded by Jon Klein and Jonathan Schechter, Westview is built on cycle tested investment experience. The Founders have worked together for over 30 years having invested and managed over $16 billion in real estate related assets.
Westview combines the sophistication and experience of large real estate institutions with the intimate feel, focus and execution of a boutique investment manager.
Westview is comprised of two vertical investment platforms:
- An equity platform focused on the acquisition of 1) opportunistic commercial real estate investments and 2) value-add and opportunistic multifamily assets for long term cash flow and capital appreciation.
- A lending platform operating throughout the US with a flexible mandate to invest across asset classes and throughout the capital stack.
