Founded by Jon Klein and Jonathan Schechter, Westview is built on cycle tested investment experience. The Founders have worked together for over 25 years having invested and managed over $16 billion in real estate related assets, profiting through peak and trough markets and each stage in between.

Westview is comprised of two vertical investment platforms:
- A multifamily platform focused on core plus, light value add and opportunistic multifamily investment for long term cash flow and capital appreciation.
- An opportunistic and special situations platform focused across the US with a flexible mandate to invest across sectors and throughout the capital stack.
